How Design Hours Work

Your subscription includes hours for signage design:

  • Monthly Credit: 1.5 design hours per billing period
  • Rollover: Unused time carries forward
  • Hour Limit: Bank a maximum of 9 hours
  • Over Limit: Excess hours may be forfeited

For work beyond the monthly retainer. Hours expire after 1 calendar year unless negotiated.

Note: Physical maintenance of signage hardware (outside routine software maintenance) is charged at normal rates. The retainer provides significant savings compared to purchasing 20-hour blocks at approximately 95% of the standard rate.

The vast majority of hacks occur due to bad patching software practices, so you can rest assured at night that these devices won't start holding your company for ransom money like other devices running ancient copies of Windows.

With careful designs, we've managed to ensure that no remote connections into these devices are possible, meaning there is nothing for a hacker to attack. These are devices that will run until you need us to fix the hardware, and we'll have your back on that too.
