Retained Work Hours & Rollover

Your monthly retainer builds a pool of available work hours:

  • Monthly Addition: 1.5 hours are added to your retained work pool each month
  • Rollover: Unused hours roll over from month to month
  • Maximum Pool: Up to 9 hours can be accumulated in your retained work pool
  • Expiration: Any unused hours beyond the 9-hour maximum expire at MRC's discretion

This system ensures you always have hours available for on-demand work while preventing excessive accumulation.

Purchase 20-hour blocks for additional design work.

Buy 20 Hours

For work beyond the monthly retainer. Hours expire after 1 calendar year unless negotiated.

Note: Physical maintenance of signage hardware (outside routine software maintenance) is charged at normal rates. The retainer provides significant savings compared to purchasing 20-hour blocks at approximately 95% of the standard rate.
