About Our Hourly Services

How it works: For repairs that don't fit into our standard job pricing, we bill hourly. We'll always try to give you an idea of what we think it will take within the first hour.

Software & Basic Service ($60/hour): When we're working on software fixes, running diagnostics, or doing external inspections without opening up your device.

Hardware Repair ($90/hour): Once we pick up screwdrivers, soldering irons, or any other advanced tools, the work moves to our hardware rate. Please note: Opening your device may void manufacturer warranties. Ensure all your data is backed up before submitting your device.

Corporate/On-Site Rate ($220/hour): For on-site requests and business service calls. Reduced rates are available with our retainer packages.

Returning Customers: If you're a returning customer, we will generally skip any upfront payments.

Component Pricing & Best Effort Repairs

We source the highest quality components available and test them before installation when possible. Component costs are the responsibility of the client, and we require payment of the preliminary invoice before ordering parts.

For best effort repairs, new clients will receive a quote and be asked to pay upfront before work begins. We work from the most evident point of failure outward until the device is fixed. Please note that bench time is paid for regardless of the outcome, unless the issue was caused entirely by our technicians.
