Important: Diagnostics and hourly pricing are for repairs and services that do not specifically fit into our standard job pricing categories. Advanced repairs are priced at least in the tier of diagnostics required to find the problems.
Non-Invasive Diagnostics: For devices that can boot, we use specialized software tools to identify issues and validate power supply functionality without opening the device. This process does not break warranty stickers or void manufacturer warranties.
Invasive Diagnostics: Requires opening the device to inspect internal components. Includes microscope examination and specialized scanning tools where applicable. Please note: Invasive diagnostics will void manufacturer warranties. Ensure all your data is backed up before submitting your device, as digging into the functionality of a machine can be fairly invasive.
Deep Diagnostics: Advanced level repairs for commercial and industrial clients. Borderline forensic work for complex issues requiring extensive analysis.
We source the highest quality components available and test them before installation when possible. Component costs are the responsibility of the client, and we require payment of the preliminary invoice before ordering parts.
For best effort repairs, new clients will receive a quote and be asked to pay upfront before work begins. We work from the most evident point of failure outward until the device is fixed. Please note that bench time is paid for regardless of the outcome, unless the issue was caused entirely by our technicians.
