Best-Effort Recovery with Honest Escalation
We assess secure data extraction from non-functional devices and damaged media. From liquid-damaged phones to failed SSDs and corrupted hard drives, we start with the least invasive practical method. This is not a cleanroom or forensic laboratory service. If a case needs equipment or expertise beyond our scope, we will explain that before putting the data at further risk and can discuss referral options.
Phone, iPhone, MacBook, and Computer Data Recovery
We assess failed iPhones and Android phones, MacBook and Windows laptops, desktop computers, external hard drives, SSDs, NVMe storage, USB drives, and memory cards. Tell us what failed and which files matter most so we can choose the least invasive practical path to recover data.
- Smartphones and tablets (iPhone, iPad, Android)
- Laptops and desktops (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- External drives and USB flash drives
- SSDs, NVMe, and traditional HDDs
- SD cards and camera media
Deleted Files, No Power, and Water-Damaged Devices
If files were accidentally deleted or formatted, a phone or MacBook will not power on, or a device was exposed to water, stop repeated scans, restores, and power attempts. We assess whether board repair, controlled media access, or specialist referral offers the safest recovery path.
- Liquid damage, no power, boot loops
- Deleted, formatted, or corrupted file systems
- Controller failure and firmware issues
- Chip-off and nanosoldering level access
- Encrypted device guidance and best-effort recovery
Clicking, Undetected, or No-Power Devices
If a hard drive is clicking, disappears intermittently, will not spin, or a phone has liquid damage and no power, stop repeated power-on attempts. Continued use can make a recoverable fault worse. Tell us the device model, symptoms, what happened before the failure, and which files matter most when you request an assessment.
Data Recovery Cost and What Affects a Quote
The cost of data recovery depends on the device, failure symptoms, media condition, required donor parts, and whether board repair, controlled cloning, or specialist referral is appropriate. We do not quote one generic recovery price. If we can accept the case, we confirm the proposed scope and any billable assessment or recovery cost before work begins.
Comparing a Data Recovery Quote
If another data recovery quote seems too high, compare what it includes: diagnosis, donor parts, stable imaging, cleanroom work, return media, shipping, and any unsuccessful-recovery fees. We can assess the device independently and explain our scope, risks, pricing factors, and referral limits, but we will not promise a lower price or a successful result before inspection.
When Recovery Software Is Not Enough
Software may help with a healthy device and a simple logical deletion, but repeated scans are a poor fit for clicking, unstable, liquid-damaged, encrypted, or no-power hardware. Stop if the device disconnects, makes unusual sounds, overheats, or contains irreplaceable data. Our assessment starts by protecting the original media and choosing the least invasive practical method.
What We Deliver
- Verified data sets (photos, videos, documents, backups)
- Clear report on recoverable vs. unrecoverable data
- Secure transfer media and handling procedures
- Confidentiality and privacy-first workflow
Privacy and Secure Handling
Recovery work may expose personal or business files, so access is limited to what is needed to diagnose, recover, and validate the requested data. We ask which folders or file types matter, use client-approved transfer media, and discuss retention or secure hand-off before delivery.

Our Recovery Process
We evaluate device condition and recovery likelihood while minimizing further risk to the data. After confirming pricing and scope for the recovery approach, we use non-destructive techniques first, escalating to advanced methods as needed. All recovered data is validated and transferred securely to client media.
