Repairs typically take 1–14 days depending on the complexity of the repair and parts procurement. For mail-in repairs, please add shipping time to this estimate.

How does the mail-in repair process work?

After screening is completed, your support agent will provide the shipping TO address and addressee/ATTN line. Do not ship until you receive these instructions. Mail-in processing occurs at our unified address: 207 Ottawa St S, Kitchener, ON N2G 3T3 (inside the Tech Device Repair building). Once we receive your device, we'll diagnose the issue and provide a final quote. Upon approval, we'll complete the repair and ship your device back to you.
