Mail-In Instructions

1. Request a Quote

2. Package Your Device

Carefully package your device to prevent damage during shipping:

  • Use a sturdy box with sufficient padding (bubble wrap, foam, etc.)
  • Remove any accessories not required for repair
  • Include a note with your name, contact information, and description of the issue
  • If possible, back up your data before sending your device

3. Ship Your Device
