- Mail-in shipping to and from our location is at the customer's expense.
- Repairs must be invoiced and paid before work begins after diagnostics (if applicable).
- All repairs, parts, and services are typically pre-paid to an extent.
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
- Parts costs are non-refundable once ordered or installed.
- Return shipping for mail-in services is pre-charged to avoid delays.
- We check the post once per business day at the start of the workday for incoming packages.
- Rush services incur a minimum 25% upcharge.
- After-hours work is billed at 3× the standard rate and is only available if the required parts are in stock.

Repairs typically take 1–14 days depending on the complexity of the repair and parts procurement. For mail-in repairs, please add shipping time to this estimate.
