How it works
Step 1.
Click “Start Repair” below and fill in your details and describe the problem you are having. Or use the chat button on the bottom right corner of the screen. We will get back to you with a quote asap.
Step 3.
Once you drop off or we pick up the device you will receive an automatic email confirming your device is now in queue. You will continue to receive updates as the ticket status changes.
Step 2.
For Mail-In follow our Mail-in repair instructions.
Once you've contacted us, we will give you an order number and you can write it on the packaging so we know who you are and your ticket number.
Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.
Local Drop off
You can drop off your device in person. Drop off is by appointment only.
Step 4.
If we have any questions or updates during the repair process we will send a ticket update, and if not, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your device has been repaired and a link to pay your invoice via Paypal or credit card. There is never any surprises and you will be billed exactly what you've been quoted.
Step 5.
Your device will automatically be shipped back to you after payment is received, and a you’ll get a tracking number to watch it make its way back home. If you are local you will be given a time to pick up the device or we can have it delivered to your door.
